VENUE MEDIA MANAGER
The FIS Cross-Country Skiing World Cup returns to France with the world's elite. 26 nations and 240 athletes will meet in the Jura for 3 days of competition from 17th to 19th January 2025. Also an opportunity to promote this international event to the Swiss media, neighbours of the Les Rousses stadium.
Before the event :
- a press conference to coordinate
- the media guide to finalise
- accreditations follow up
- press request with the first interview on Swiss TV (check Leman Leman L'émisison des sports 18'30mn : https://lnkd.in/eSmGz-KU)
- logistic for one hundred journalists to coordinate
- 6 volunteers to train and organise the planning
Then, for the event there are three media areas to be managed to provide a trouble free environment to the media when they arrive
- Media Center with 80 seats
- Photo positions, photographers and their armbands
- The mixed zone for interviews, as the traditional Top 3 press conference is not taking place
- On- and off-track coverage to be coordinated and, as a bonus, a press meeting with the national team.
